Con esta victoria del viola la serie quedo igualada en 2. El goleador de la noche fue C\u00e9sar Massa con 21 puntos, mientras que en el conjunto de Barracas el m\u00e1ximo anotador fue Sevillano, tambi\u00e9n con 21 unidades.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

El inicio del partido tuvo a los dos equipos muy imprecisos y apresurados en ofensiva, tanto que hasta la mitad del cuarto el resultado era 4-4. Barracas encontr\u00f3 una luz en el juego interno de Chotard (5) para sacar ventajas de 4 puntos (4-8), pero inmediatamente, Independiente respondi\u00f3 con un triple de Massa (convirti\u00f3 los primeros 7 puntos de su equipo), que hasta ese momento era el caudillo de ataque del \u201cviola\u201d. A partir de ese entonces, Independiente fue el amplio dominador del juego, sellando un parcial de 17 a 1. Los dirigidos por Palumbo ya no depend\u00edan tanto de Massa y jugadores como Montanaro y Bert\u00f3n se fueron soltando y empezaron a aportar lo suyo.<\/p>\n

En el segundo cuarto Barracas cambi\u00f3 la cara y emparejo el partido. Gran parte de ese cambio lo provoc\u00f3 el ingreso de Sevillano, que le dio mayor efectividad y m\u00e1s organizaci\u00f3n al juego ofensivo de su equipo. En apenas 3 minutos y medio, la visita meti\u00f3 un parcial de 9 a0, aprovechando las p\u00e9rdidas de Independiente y explotando al m\u00e1ximo el juego interno de Gast\u00f3n Diomedi (8) y St\u00e9fano Barba (4), mientras Sevillano segu\u00eda al mando de los hilos. Palumbo tuvo que acudir a un tiempo muerto para hacer reaccionar a su equipo y fue Bert\u00f3n el destacado. Pero en el final del cuarto Sevillano meti\u00f3 6 puntos consecutivos que le permitieron a los dirigidos por Allende terminar arriba.<\/p>\n

En la segunda etapa el partido se emparej\u00f3. Independiente encontr\u00f3 en la efectividad de Massa desde el per\u00edmetro la oportunidad de volver a pasar al frente (41-32). Tambi\u00e9n empez\u00f3 a colaborar en ataque Javier Musumeci (4 y 2 asistencias), hasta ese momento inadvertido. Pero nuevamente Barracas se hizo fuerte en el poste bajo, con los aportes de Chotard y Barba achic\u00f3 distancias (41-39). En el tramo final del cuarto, Massa volvi\u00f3 a darle tranquilidad a Independiente con un triple que le permiti\u00f3 cerrar el cuarto ganando 53 a 46.<\/p>\n

En el inicio del ultimo segmento el \u201cviola\u201d parec\u00eda que sacaba una ventaja tranquilizadora con un triple de Gendana (59-50), pero la visita no bajaba los brazos y apoy\u00e1ndose en el juego de Sevillano, sumado a los triples que aportaba Gast\u00f3n Diomedi, se puso a tan solo un punto (63-62). Pero cuando solo restaban 2 minutos por jugarse, apareci\u00f3 Musumeci, quien con 2 triples le dio una ventaja importante a Independiente (69-64) a falta de 1:20. El partido lo termin\u00f3 de cerrar Bert\u00f3n, preciso a la hora de ir a l\u00ednea de libres.<\/p>\n
