En di\u00e1logo con Gente de B\u00e1squet, el base habl\u00f3 sobre el proyecto del club, donde destac\u00f3 el gran avance que se logr\u00f3 hasta el momento.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><!--more--><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 evaluaci\u00f3n haces del equipo en esta primera etapa de competencia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fue buena. El Club Estrella tiene un proyecto de apostar a los chicos, quienes fueron de menor a mayor. Creo que mejoraron mucho, no eran los mismos al principio del torneo. Con el correr de los partidos se vio una mejora en ellos. Antes perd\u00edan por veinte, hoy ya est\u00e1 m\u00e1s parejo. Adem\u00e1s algunos est\u00e1n con m\u00e1s confianza, no consolidados en primera pero si con m\u00e1s confianza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l fue el objetivo que se plantearon antes de iniciar el certamen?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viendo algunos resultados en los que perdimos en las \u00faltimas bolas, estar un poquito m\u00e1s arriba de la tabla, en el puesto de La Falda o peleando con Sportivo Bahiense, pero no se pudo dar. De todos modos llegamos hasta ac\u00e1 con un balance positivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo es la experiencia de jugar con un entrenador debutante y un plantel lleno de juveniles?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La verdad que est\u00e1 muy bueno, yo tengo una gran relaci\u00f3n con Sebasti\u00e1n (Dodero) y con Dami\u00e1n Carci, por eso vine al club. La idea era darle una mano a los chicos y al club que est\u00e1 en un a\u00f1o de transici\u00f3n, donde se busca que se fogueen algunos juveniles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen que mejorar para la pr\u00f3xima fase del torneo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Creo que seguir con la misma intensidad. Tal vez en ataque estamos un poquito faltos de gol, pero creo que siguiendo por la misma senda se nos pueden dar algunos resultados para poder clasificar a los playoffs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPensas que el club deber\u00eda incorporar alg\u00fan jugador para el pr\u00f3ximo semestre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La idea del club creo que es seguir con el mismo plantel. Por ah\u00ed se hab\u00eda hablado de arrimar un interno pero no se pudo dar, as\u00ed que vamos a seguir con el mismo grupo de jugadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Del 1 al 10, \u00bfqu\u00e9 calificaci\u00f3n le pondr\u00edas a la primera parte del campeonato de Estrella?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Creo que un 7 o un 8 porque fuimos de menor a mayor y ese era realmente el objetivo de Estrella.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Francisco Diez es uno de los referentes de Estrella.
