Estudiantes se hizo fuerte en el Osvaldo Casanova y venci\u00f3 98-85 a San Lorenzo, para quedarse con el \u00faltimo lugar vacante de las semifinales. El Albo domin\u00f3 de principio a fin con m\u00faltiples variantes en ofensiva y as\u00ed sell\u00f3 la serie 2-1. Joaqu\u00edn S\u00e1nchez (21) fue el goleador en el due\u00f1o de casa, que no cont\u00f3 con Jos\u00e9 Gutierrez (contractura en aductor izq). Adem\u00e1s hubo buenos aportes de Mart\u00edn Cleppe (18), Tom\u00e1s Scarpaci (16) y Jer\u00f3nimo Mitoire (15). En el Naranja, no alcanz\u00f3 con lo hecho por Andr\u00e9s Hildemann (21) y Mart\u00edn R\u00edos Lodoli (16). Ahora, los de Guillermo L\u00f3pez se medir\u00e1n con Alem en desventaja de local\u00eda. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Desde el comienzo, Estudiantes logr\u00f3 imponer sus condiciones. El Albo inici\u00f3 la noche con una gran movilidad, teniendo variantes y una excelente eficacia en ofensiva (4\/4 T3; 8\/10 T2; 4\/6 TL) para establecer un parcial de 23-10 con 3m25s por jugar del 1C. Las bombas de los hermanos S\u00e1nchez y Scarpaci, el peso en la pintura de Cleppe (10) y los cortes hacia el aro de Mitoire (7) hicieron que el local se fuera al primer descanso 32-21 arriba. En el otro lado, a San Lorenzo le jugaron una mala pasada las p\u00e9rdidas (5) y encontr\u00f3 oxigeno con el ingreso de Benedetti (8) y un triple de Biggi.<\/p>\n

Ya en el 2C, la t\u00f3nica sigui\u00f3 siendo la misma. Scarpaci (4) tom\u00f3 m\u00e1s protagonismo desde la base y Joaqu\u00edn S\u00e1nchez (5) lastim\u00f3 con sus tiros a media y larga distancia. Adem\u00e1s llegaron puntos desde el banco con los ingresos de Thorp (4) y Alema\u00f1y (4). As\u00ed, el Albo encontr\u00f3 una brecha de 16 puntos (42-26) a 4m29s del cierre del PT. Hildemann (10) fue la bandera en ofensiva para San Lorenzo y quien le permiti\u00f3 al Naranja mantenerse en partido de cara al descanso largo (54-43).<\/p>\n

Hoy volvimos a entrar concentrados, nos planteamos hacer lo mismo que en el primer partido, por suerte lo pudimos sacar adelante y llegamos a las semifinales que era nuestro objetivo. Nosotros sabemos que cuando defendemos bien, adelante alguien la va a meter porque somos todos jugadores que tenemos gol. Entre todos pudimos sacar adelante el partido y suplir la baja de Jos\u00e9 (Gutierrez), que es el que nos jerarquiza el equipo y nos da experiencia (Tom\u00e1s Scarpaci).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

En la vuelta al juego, el tr\u00e1mite se hizo mucho m\u00e1s cortado y friccionado que en los primeros veinte minutos (se pitaron 65 faltas en todo el encuentro). Los triples, de Scarpaci (2\/2 en el 3C) y los hermanos S\u00e1nchez, siguieron siendo una soluci\u00f3n para el Albo. Aunque tambi\u00e9n, los de L\u00f3pez \u00a0supieron aprovechar las visitas a la l\u00ednea (21\/28 TL en el 2T) para que la m\u00e1xima tenga un techo de 18 unidades (80-62) cuando reci\u00e9n comenzaba el \u00faltimo cuarto. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la regularidad de Hildemann (7) y los puntos arrimados por R\u00edos Lodoli (13 en el ST), la diferencia se le hizo irremontable al Naranja. Estudiantes fue mejor de principio a fin, gan\u00f3 y se convirti\u00f3 en el \u00faltimo pasajero de las semifinales. Ahora, ir\u00e1 frente a Alem.<\/p>\n
