Barracas sum\u00f3 su segundo triunfo sobre dos presentaciones en el arranque del Torneo Oficial de Segunda, al derrotar a Whitense a domicilio por 82-59.\u00a0 Dami\u00e1n Carci fue el gran responsable de la victoria visitante, con una soberbia actuaci\u00f3n: 24 puntos, 11 rebotes y 4 asistencias.\u00a0 Por el lado del local, no alcanz\u00f3 con la tambi\u00e9n importante tarea de Federico Congos (23).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Whitense sorprendi\u00f3 a Barracas con una f\u00e9rrea defensa en el per\u00edmetro, neg\u00e1ndole el juego estacionado y forz\u00e1ndolo a tomar decisiones apresuradas.\u00a0 Con un gran pasaje de Congos en el 1C (12, 3-3 en TC), el conjunto de Silvio Montero comenz\u00f3 con ventaja en el marcador (17-10 en 6m28).\u00a0 Pero el conjunto de camiseta camuflada comenz\u00f3 a rotar mejor la pelota, y detr\u00e1s de la medialuna (con dos bombas de Carci) logr\u00f3 arrimarse en el tanteador (23-21).<\/p>\n

Con la defensa de Barracas anulando el pase al poste bajo a Chotard, Congos continu\u00f3 manteniendo con vida la ofensiva de su equipo, encendido desde larga distancia (3-4).\u00a0 Pero Barracas continu\u00f3 escalando su nivel en el juego estacionado, y encontr\u00f3 en el juego de poste bajo de Massa (6) una variante en ataque.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s, el ingreso de Fabi\u00e1n Gendana, comenz\u00f3 a darle mayor volumen de juego a Barracas, y con una bomba del ex Sportivo, la visita sac\u00f3 la primera ventaja de la noche (37-39) que mantuvo al cierre de la primera mitad (40-42).<\/p>\n

Estamos haciendo mucho trabajo f\u00edsico \u00faltimamente y no tanto b\u00e1squet, por lo que nos cost\u00f3 acomodarnos en el primer tiempo, sobre todo con el manejo de la pelota. \u00a0En el vestuario Juanse (Palumbo) nos dijo que ten\u00edamos que volver a encontrar el nivel con el que jugamos en el primer torneo, y creo que por momentos apareci\u00f3. \u00a0Pasamos mejor la pelota, pudimos completar las jugadas y ajustamos bien en defensa (Fabi\u00e1n Gendana)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Fue a la vuelta de los vestuarios cuando Barracas comenz\u00f3 a encaminar el triunfo.\u00a0 Intensific\u00f3 la presi\u00f3n sobre la pelota y en la l\u00ednea de pase, y si bien forz\u00f3 tiros inc\u00f3modos y apresurados (Congos tir\u00f3 0-5 en t3 y Chotard 1-4 en t2), tambi\u00e9n es cierto que Whitense tuvo poca fortuna para encestar de campo (2-12 en el segmento).\u00a0 Con Gendana conectando desde lejos (5), Trellini repartiendo juego (2 asistencias) y Carci comandando los contragolpes (7), Barracas sac\u00f3 una ventaja de 19 puntos (48-67, parcial de 25-8 en 9m), haciendo innecesarios otros 10 minutos de juego.<\/p>\n
