Se definieron los grupos del b\u00e1squet 3×3 a desarrollarse del 7 al 17 de octubre en Puerto Madero, en el marco de los III Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de la Juventud Buenos Aires 2018. Van a participar 20 equipos de cada g\u00e9nero y habr\u00e1 dos bahienses: Fausto Ruesga y la entrenadora Laura Cors.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los 40 equipos participantes se dividieron en ocho grupos de cinco integrantes despu\u00e9s de la clasificaci\u00f3n realizada por FIBA, seg\u00fan la ubicaci\u00f3n de los seleccionados en el r\u00e1nking mundial 3×3 hasta el 1 de setiembre de este a\u00f1o. Despu\u00e9s de los primeros cuatro partidos, los dos mejor ubicados de cada zona avanzar\u00e1n a cuartos de final y seguir\u00e1n en carrera por un lugar en el podio.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los campeones mundiales, Estados Unidos en mujeres y B\u00e9lgica en hombres, tienen rivales peligrosos en la fase inicial. Las estadounidenses deben enfrentar a Ucrania, Venezuela, Sri Lanka y Egipto en el Grupo B. Los belgas esperan a Letonia, Kazajist\u00e1n, Kirguist\u00e1n e Italia en el D.<\/p>\n

Argentina (19\u00ba del ranking FIBA) fue ubicado en el grupo m\u00e1s duro de la competencia masculina en el Parque Urbano.<\/strong> A los locales les tocaron Estados Unidos (6\u00ba), Rusia (14\u00ba), Estonia (3\u00ba) y Mongolia (11\u00ba) como rivales en el C. Adem\u00e1s, en el B asoma como favorito Nueva Zelanda y en el A se destaca la presencia de China.<\/p>\n

Las mujeres argentinas (19\u00ba) aparecen dentro del Grupo C<\/strong> junto con equipos exigentes como \u00a0M\u00e9xico (14\u00ba), Francia (6\u00ba), Andorra (3\u00ba) e Indonesia (11\u00ba). El D puede ser considerado el grupo de la muerte por los antecedentes de Rep\u00fablica checa, Holanda, Espa\u00f1a, Australia y Estonia. En el A sobresalen dos: China y Hungr\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La ronda preliminar ser\u00e1 del 7 al 14 de octubre, el 16 se jugar\u00e1n los cuartos de final y el 17 se definir\u00e1n los medallistas. Pero el programa del b\u00e1squetbol 3×3 incluye una jornada especial el 15, con el concurso de triples para mujeres y la competencia de volcadas para los hombres. El Parque Urbano los espera.<\/p>\n

El\u00a0Comit\u00e9 Ol\u00edmpico Argentino oficializ\u00f3 la lista de 141 atletas que representar\u00e1n a la Argentina en el primer JJOO a realizarse en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n

Fausto Ruesga, alero de Olimpo, ser\u00e1 parte del plantel masculino, que tendr\u00e1 a Juan Gatti como entrenador y contar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n con Juan De la Fuente, Leandro Bolmaro y Juan Hierrezuelo.<\/p>\n

Mientras que Laura Cors ser\u00e1 la entrenadora del seleccionado femenino, que estar\u00e1 integrado por Sol Castro, Sof\u00eda Acevedo, Florencia Chagas y VIctoria Gauna.<\/p>\n
