Se trata de Hern\u00e1n Ferrero<\/strong>, el marplatense de 34 a\u00f1os que llega en reemplazo de Gast\u00f3n Fern\u00e1ndez para dirigir al \u00abtricolor\u00bb en la Liga Argentina. Viene de comandar el tramo final de la temporada en Comunicaciones de Mercedes<\/strong>, en la Liga Nacional.<\/p>\n

Su \u00faltima experiencia:<\/strong> \u00abEn Comunicaciones de Mercedes fui segundo asistente<\/strong><\/em> desde el arranque de la temporada, mi tarea principal era dirigir la Liga de Desarrollo<\/strong><\/em>. Fue un campeonato dif\u00edcil y el club tuvo dos entrenadores hasta que me toc\u00f3 la oportunidad a m\u00ed, aunque no pude cambiar el rumbo final del equipo<\/strong><\/em>, que fue el descenso. Mi intenci\u00f3n era ayudar, fue instintivo quedarme para tratar de salir de esa situaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/p>\n

Hern\u00e1n Ferrero, flamante entrenador de Villa Mitre<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

\u00abLa llegada a Villa Mitre fue directa, los dirigentes me contactaron,<\/strong><\/em> muchos me conoc\u00edan de mi \u00e9poca de jugador y fueron siguiendo mi carrera. A trav\u00e9s de Lisandro de Tomasi llegu\u00e9 a tener la posibilidad de ir a trabajar con \u00e9l, aunque finalmente no se dio, pero mi nombre ya estaba dando vueltas.\u00bb, sostuvo sobre su llegada a la Villa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00abLa idea es armar un equipo joven,<\/strong><\/em> buscar una armon\u00eda y din\u00e1mica grupal que permita llegar a los resultados.
