A las diez horas, en punto, el equipo hizo una ronda en el centro de la cancha, para que Sebasti\u00e1n Gin\u00f3bili diera las indicaciones del entrenamiento del d\u00eda. Sumado a esto, tambi\u00e9n fue exacta la hora de llegada de Emanuel Gin\u00f3bili, junto a su sparring Matthew Herring, para realizar la entrada en calor diferenciada y luego si ponerse a disposici\u00f3n de su hermano.<\/p>\n

La novedad estuvo en que en el cuarto d\u00eda de pretemporada fue Juan Alberto Espil, el director Deportivo de Bah\u00eda Basket, el que se puso la nueva indumentaria verde para entrenar a la par de sus \u00abcompa\u00f1eros\u00bb. La entrada en calor dur\u00f3 cerca de media hora, con trabajos de elongaci\u00f3n, ejercicios de fuerza y movimientos r\u00edtmicos con conos.<\/p>\n

Luego, el plantel comenz\u00f3 a realizar trabajos con los asistentes Mauro Polla y Alejandro Montecchia, con tiros, combinados con cortinas y fintas sin bal\u00f3n. En el otro aro, Lisandro Rasio y Agust\u00edn Ambrosino trabajaron con Sebasti\u00e1n Gin\u00f3bili: los internos realizaron movimientos en la pintura, jugando con los postes de espalda al aro y tambi\u00e9n realizando movimientos de bal\u00f3n entre s\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Los ejercicios duraron cerca de 20 minutos hasta que el grupo volvi\u00f3 a unirse para trabajar el pick and roll, con cortinas y cortes, con varias opciones de descarga para luego finalizar con tiros o bandejas.<\/p>\n

A las 11 en punto el plantel tuvo un peque\u00f1o parate para refrescarse y volver al parquet y realizar una competencia interna de lanzamientos. Cinco contra cinco en los dos aros y con tres pelotas por grupo, jugaron a ver que equipo llegaba primero a las 30 conversiones.<\/p>\n

      Ya sin Gin\u00f3bili, y con Espil a un lado, los jugadores realizaron pasadas durante 15 minutos, con cambios de velocidad y direcci\u00f3n, bajo las \u00f3rdenes del PF Cristian Lambrecht. A continuaci\u00f3n, como es costumbre, desfilaron a la l\u00ednea de libres para finalizar la tarea (deb\u00edan convertir cinco libres consecutivos para retirarse a elongar).<\/p>\n
