El \u00faltimo por un esguince leve de tobillo que sufri\u00f3 ayer en la pr\u00e1ctica vespertina (se ausentar\u00e1 hasta el lunes). Laur\u00eda por la ya conocida lesi\u00f3n en su rodilla que lo obligar\u00e1 a operarse. Por otra parte, Gonzalo Mart\u00ednez regres\u00f3 para trabajar con el plantel luego del viaje rel\u00e1mpago a Buenos Aires. \u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de realizar una hora de trabajos f\u00edsicos en el gimnasio, el plantel de Bah\u00eda Basket arrib\u00f3 al polideportivo ex matadero cerca de las 11 de la ma\u00f1ana. Los trabajos se extendieron alrededor de una hora y fueron movimientos livianos. Esta vez a la practica la comenz\u00f3 \u201cSepo\u201d: el precalentamiento se bas\u00f3 en realizar entradas en bandejas y tiros a corta distancia luego de hacer distintos tipos de fintas.<\/p>\n<p>Tras un peque\u00f1o descanso y elongaci\u00f3n se realizaron ejercicios de tiros de tres puntos. Estos consist\u00edan en hacerle un pase al \u00abPuma\u00bb Montecchia para luego salir a tomar el tiro. En ese momento Ambrosino trabaj\u00f3 con un ejercicio diferente, que se basaba en hacerle un pase a Montecchia y usar el pick para tirar de media distancia. Este ejercicio se practic\u00f3 desde ambos lados de la cancha y luego tambi\u00e9n desde el centro, para usar el pick.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gentedebasquet.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/1085504_10201792520564700_342614319_n.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-15022\" src=\"http:\/\/www.gentedebasquet.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/1085504_10201792520564700_342614319_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n hubo trabajos en parejas. Estos consist\u00edan en tocar l\u00ednea lateral o la l\u00ednea del medio de la cancha para volver hacia el aro y tirar hasta convertir cinco anotaciones. Luego se cambi\u00f3 de aro y se realizaron ejercicios de tiros de tres puntos a 45 grados. Como en los trabajos anteriores se ten\u00eda que tocar la l\u00ednea de media cancha para despu\u00e9s tirar, hasta conseguir tres conversiones.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo trabajo fue un 3 vs 3. Al equipo verde lo conformaron Diego Gerbaudo, Gonzalo Mart\u00ednez y Mateo Gaynor, mientras que al azul lo compusieron Lucio Redivo, Gast\u00f3n Whelan y Mat\u00edas Nocedal. El que convert\u00eda segu\u00eda atacando. Si hab\u00eda un rebote defensivo o robo se atacaba hacia el otro aro. Al ser siete jugadores se fue haciendo una rotaci\u00f3n para que todos participaran del trabajo.
