Federico Iriburo tendr\u00e1 a su cargo la direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de Argentino durante la pr\u00f3xima temporada del Torneo de Primera Divisi\u00f3n. De esta manera el oriundo de Coronel Suarez retorna a la instituci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s de 4 a\u00f1os. En dialogo con Gente de B\u00e1squet se refiri\u00f3 al acuerdo con la entidad de calle Holdich y a los objetivos del equipo. Adem\u00e1s expres\u00f3 que refuerzos pretende incorporar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Te sorprendi\u00f3 el llamado de Argentino o por tu pasado en el club era algo que esperabas?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Al decidir mi salida de Alem, no sab\u00eda que ser\u00eda de mi futuro. La idea era continuar dirigiendo pero no necesariamente mayores, tambi\u00e9n estaba abierto a abocarme a las categor\u00edas formativas. Entonces tuve una entrevista con los dirigentes de Barracas Central, pero nunca me respondieron.\u00a0Dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s me llamaron de Argentino y en un par de reuniones llegamos a un acuerdo.<\/p>\n

– Qu\u00e9 factores pesaron a la hora de aceptar el ofrecimiento?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– El mayor aliciente fue el desaf\u00edo profesional de dirigir en Primera. Adem\u00e1s es un lugar que conozco mucho tanto los aspectos positivos como los negativos ya que estuve 5 a\u00f1os trabajando en Argentino y 8 relacionado con el club.<\/p>\n

– Qu\u00e9 cambi\u00f3 del Iriburo que se fue de Argentino hace algunos a\u00f1os a el Iriburo que volvi\u00f3 ahora?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– La esencia de\u00a0Iriburo\u00a0no cambi\u00f3 pero cuando me fui hab\u00eda dirigido solo menores y ahora tengo 4 a\u00f1os de experiencia con equipos mayores y juveniles. No es lo mismo estar de asistente y preparador f\u00edsico que ser qui\u00e9n toma las decisiones.<\/p>\n

– Qu\u00e9 jugadores siguen del a\u00f1o pasado y cu\u00e1les son los refuerzos que est\u00e1n buscando?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Los jugadores que siguen son Santiago Susbielles, Nicol\u00e1s Quiroga y Francisco Desimoni. A estos mayores se le suman los juveniles y sub 21 del club. Estamos en la b\u00fasqueda de un jugador en la media cancha y uno en la zona interior.<\/p>\n

– Cu\u00e1l es la situaci\u00f3n de Leo Cecchi y Nicol\u00e1s Paletta? Hablaste con ellos para conocer su intenci\u00f3n de volver cuando termine el TNA?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Habl\u00e9 con los dos. \u201cNico\u201d me dijo que si no pasa nada raro va a jugar en argentino por lo menos los 4 meses de receso. \u201cLeo\u201d me comunic\u00f3 que hasta que no termine la temporada no me pod\u00eda adelantar nada, depend\u00eda de las ganas que tenga al finalizar el torneo; me dio la impresi\u00f3n de que por ahora es un no, pero es una apreciaci\u00f3n personal.<\/p>\n

– Cu\u00e1l va a ser el objetivo del equipo?<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Entrenar con sacrificio para intentar llevar a Argentino lo m\u00e1s arriba posible. Si podemos incorporar dos y se suma \u201cNico\u201d la idea es luchar por el 5 puesto ya que los 4 de arriba quedaron como estaban e incluso sumaron algunos refuerzos. Hay que tener los pies sobre la tierra y trabajar duro.<\/p>\n
