Monte Basket sigue adelante con su compromiso social, buscando atraer cada vez m\u00e1s chicos a la pr\u00e1ctica del b\u00e1squetbol. \u201cDe esa manera nos aseguramos que se mantengan en ambientes sanos y edificantes\u201d, expres\u00f3 Fernando Alejo, actual dirigente de la entidad.\u00a0Adem\u00e1s, suma recursos de capacitaci\u00f3n, como lo es el programa llamado \u201cUn mejor jugador y una mejor persona\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

El proyecto Monte Basket cuenta con divisiones formativas desde los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os hasta las categor\u00edas juveniles congregando actualmente a m\u00e1s de cien chicos de la comunidad. Adem\u00e1s la Asociaci\u00f3n mantiene permanentes cl\u00ednicas de basket y un programa de visitas de sus jugadores profesionales a jardines y escuelas de la comunidad favoreciendo que los ni\u00f1os puedan estar en contacto con ellos.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi bien el eje de nuestro trabajo ha estado concentrado en el equipo que compite en el TNA, \u2013expres\u00f3 Alejo\u2013 a trav\u00e9s del tiempo hemos logrado desarrollar nuestras divisiones menores y ver c\u00f3mo el b\u00e1squetbol despierta un creciente inter\u00e9s en los chicos de nuestra comunidad, un est\u00edmulo donde puedan mejorarse y establecer v\u00ednculos. Tenemos la satisfacci\u00f3n de que varios juveniles del club integran el equipo mayor y entre sus logros, han podido conocer todo el pa\u00eds viajando con el equipo.\u201d<\/p>\n

La Asociaci\u00f3n busca seguir dando pasos procurando la eficiencia deportiva. Ha incorporado a su equipo de trabajo a Fernando Bosanova, oriundo de Avellaneda, para seguir jerarquizando el grupo de trabajo ligado a las divisiones formativas. Adem\u00e1s, suma recursos de capacitaci\u00f3n, como lo es el programa llamado \u201cUn mejor jugador y una mejor persona\u201d. Al respecto Alejo afirm\u00f3: \u201cNos sentimos en sinton\u00eda con este trabajo entendiendo que el mismo busca la formaci\u00f3n integral de los m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes y facilita herramientas en tal sentido\u201d.<\/p>\n

De qu\u00e9 trata el proyecto \u201cUn mejor jugador y una mejor persona\u201d<\/h6>\n

\"Gilligan\"<\/a>Ideado por Juan Ignacio Gilligan, editor de contenidos pedag\u00f3gicos y comentarista de b\u00e1squetbol, el libro \u201cUn mejor jugador y una mejor persona\u201d re\u00fane 25 lecciones que buscan promover una formaci\u00f3n integral del jugador, brindando elementos te\u00f3ricos y tambi\u00e9n una parte pr\u00e1ctica para que los propios jugadores respondan.<\/p>\n

El programa tuvo su origen en la Escuela de B\u00e1squetbol Bill Am\u00e9rico Brussa de Coronel Dorrego (EBAB) y cont\u00f3 con el aval de Facundo Petracci \u2013actual Director de la Escuela Nacional de Entrenadores de B\u00e1squetbol (ENEBA)\u2013 quien en el pr\u00f3logo del libro expresa: \u201cComparto plenamente lo que el autor plantea, de todos los j\u00f3venes que practican este deporte unos pocos llegar\u00e1n a jugar b\u00e1squet profesional pero sin duda todos se incorporar\u00e1n a universidades, empresas o instituciones y afectar\u00e1n al conjunto de la sociedad.
