Finaliz\u00f3 una nueva reuni\u00f3n de trabajo de las categor\u00edas Formativas a cargo de Hern\u00e1n Amaya que se preparan para sus competencias internacionales. Argentina logr\u00f3 llegar al s\u00e9ptimo puesto del ranking mundial en Formativas, un hecho hist\u00f3rico. La bahiense Josefina Torruella forma parte del preseleccionado U16.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Las Selecciones Argentinas Femeninas de las categor\u00edas U16 y U17 que se preparan para las competencias internacionales, culminaron con su concentraci\u00f3n que llevaron adelante en el Centro Nacional de Alto Rendimiento Deportivo (CeNARD) desde el 13 al 17 de este mes.<\/p>\n

La categor\u00eda menor se prepara para el Campeonato FIBA Am\u00e9ricas que ha cambiado recientemente de sede y ser\u00e1 en Puebla (M\u00e9xico) del 24 al 28 de junio y otorgar\u00e1 cuatro plazas al Campeonato Mundial FIBA U17 del a\u00f1o pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n

El pasado viernes se realiz\u00f3 el sorteo y Argentina integrar\u00e1 la Zona A junto a Honduras, Estados Unidos y el local, M\u00e9xico. En el CentroBasket U15, M\u00e9xico fue el campe\u00f3n y Honduras el subcampe\u00f3n. En la Zona B, estar\u00e1n Venezuela, Cuba, Canad\u00e1 y Brasil.<\/p>\n

Habr\u00e1 cuatro cupos para el Campeonato Mundial FIBA U17 del 2016.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, la categor\u00eda m\u00e1s grande, tiene un su horizonte el Campeonato Sudamericano, que a\u00fan no tiene confirmada sede ni fecha.<\/p>\n

Hern\u00e1n Amaya dialog\u00f3 con\u00a0CABB.com.ar<\/b>\u00a0luego de concluir la reuni\u00f3n de trabajo y expres\u00f3, \u0093fue una concentraci\u00f3n b\u00e1rbara. Muy conforme por la actitud de las chicas durante el trabajo de los cinco d\u00edas, en los cuales entrenamos en triple turno, pudimos completar todo lo t\u00e1ctico que ten\u00edamos pensado. Vamos bien dentro de la programaci\u00f3n\u0094. Adem\u00e1s agreg\u00f3, \u0093recibimos la visita de Miguel Amante y Clara van Benthem, como entrenadores invitados\u0094.<\/p>\n

Luego de esta concentraci\u00f3n, fueron desafectadas Gisel Botta y Victoria Hirschfeld. Adem\u00e1s, Sof\u00eda Cruz no se present\u00f3 a la reuni\u00f3n por cuestiones personales. El Seleccionado volver\u00e1 a concentrar del lunes 4 al viernes 8 de mayo.<\/p>\n

Argentina consigue una posici\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica en el ranking FIBA de Formativas<\/b><\/h6>\n

La Federaci\u00f3n Internacional de la disciplina computa distintos ranking, ya sea para rama Masculina o Femenina, como para la categor\u00eda Mayor o para las Formativas. Argentina, que en el 2009 hab\u00eda logrado ingresar al Top Ten Mundial, en esta \u00faltima actualizaci\u00f3n, logr\u00f3 alcanzar la s\u00e9ptima colocaci\u00f3n en el listado y la cuarta en Am\u00e9rica, luego de la medalla de Bronce obtenida en Colorado Springs. Esta posici\u00f3n alcanzada por el Seleccionado Nacional en las categor\u00edas Formativas, es la mejor obtenida hasta el momento.<\/p>\n
