Independiente estir\u00f3 su racha y venci\u00f3 a Whitense por 73 a 67. El comienzo del juego se vio demorado por una falla en uno de los relojes de 24\u00bb que, tras solucionarse, el partido tuvo inicio con 30min de tardanza. El viola encontr\u00f3 la ventaja en el tercer cuarto, ganando 28-8 y desde all\u00ed fabric\u00f3 la diferencia. Branciforte (19), Maidana (19) y Reschini (13+11) guiaron a su equipo a la victoria. En la visita no alcanz\u00f3 la explosi\u00f3n de Congos (17) y Veliz (16).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ambos \u00a0comenzaron con una defensa certera. La marca hombre propuesta por los dos daba resultados y el tanteador mov\u00eda poco. Whitense encontr\u00f3 la salida en Veliz (4) y Congos (5) para mantenerse en partido. Los del puerto se caracterizaron por correr la cancha, mientras que el Viola busc\u00f3 la tranquilidad, por medio de la conducci\u00f3n de Reschini y la fuerza interna de Maidana. Casi sin sacarse ventajas, el local lideraba 16-15.<\/p>\n

En el segundo cuarto el visitante tom\u00f3 la posta en el tanteador. Whitense tuvo un arranque llen\u00f3 de energ\u00edas, anotando una racha de 6-0 y sumando intensidad al partido. Desde ese parcial, el juego se mantuvo parejo por el resto del cuarto. La regularidad de ambos no permit\u00eda que el local descuente ni que el visitante despegue. A\u00fan as\u00ed, los de Montero fueron al entretiempo al frente, luego de un 6-2, por 39 a 27.<\/p>\n

Independiente produjo el quiebre en la vuelta al parquet. Un parcial de 7-0 en 2min24 lo deposit\u00f3 nuevamente en la lucha. No solo eso, el viola supo atacar la zona 1-2-2 del rival con paciencia y movimiento de bal\u00f3n y solidific\u00f3 su defensa para pasar al frente. Los de Musumeci fueron destrabando el juego, depositando la bola en el poste bajo y, desde all\u00ed, distribuir la ofensiva hacia el tiro m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo. Reschini (9) y Maidana (7) guiaron a una racha de 5-0 para ganar en el tercer cuarto 28-8, pasando al frente por 55 a 47.<\/p>\n

En el comienzo del cierre Whitense amenaz\u00f3. Un temprano pasaje de 7-2 lo meti\u00f3 en partido. Veliz y Congos mantuvieron la intensidad durante todo el juego y buscaron contagiar al equipo para llegar a un desenlace cerrado. Independiente continu\u00f3 siendo tranquilo para liderar en los n\u00fameros e intent\u00f3 dejar correr el reloj. Y as\u00ed fue, el viola debi\u00f3 viajar a la l\u00ednea pero con una peque\u00f1a diferencia tranquilizadora que le permiti\u00f3 mantener el invicto en lo que va de campeonato.<\/p>\n
