El entrenador Marcelo Richotti realiz\u00f3 su primera convocatoria para la camada que disputar\u00e1 el Sudamericano de Chaco, en septiembre. El encuentro se desarrolla en el CeNARD, del 4 al 9 de este mes. \u00abMe siento honrado de poder estar en este lugar\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3. Y ampli\u00f3: \u00abDeseo colaborar con mi granito de arena\u00bb. Fueron citados los bahienses Bruno Pallotti (Napost\u00e1) y Joaqu\u00edn S\u00e1nchez (Estudiantes).<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Selecci\u00f3n Argentina U17 realizar\u00e1 su primera concentraci\u00f3n de cara al Sudamericano de Chaco. El grupo trabajar\u00e1 en las instalaciones del CeNARD del 4 al 9 de junio bajo las \u00f3rdenes de Marcelo Richotti, quien ya se ven\u00eda desempe\u00f1ando como Coordinador Regional de la zona patag\u00f3nica y durante el pasado fin de semana estuvo en el Torneo Argentino realizado en Pergamino y Jun\u00edn siguiendo jugadores.<\/p>\n

\u00abMe siento honrado de poder estar en este lugar. Siento orgullo de poder dirigir una Selecci\u00f3n Argentina. Y me genera una responsabilidad enorme para con el proceso, no solo para con el certamen que nos tocar\u00e1 disputar en septiembre. Esperemos tener la capacidad de encontrar a aquellos chicos que el d\u00eda ma\u00f1ana ser\u00e1n los representantes de la mayor a nivel mundial. Deseo colaborar con mi granito de arena\u00bb, explic\u00f3 Richotti, actualmente radicado en Madryn. Y ampli\u00f3:\u00a0\u00abLa camada es buena. Hay un grupo de chicos consolidados en su edad, por jerarqu\u00eda, capacidad, lo que sea. Hay un nivel intermedio que tiene buen rendimiento actual y mejor proyecci\u00f3n, y hay un tercer nivel en el que tenemos que apostar al desarrollo. Convocarlos a una preselecci\u00f3n y tenerlos en cuenta puede significar una motivaci\u00f3n para este \u00faltimo grupo. Es importante que no se sientan excluidos. Lo mismo con algunos chicos que por ah\u00ed no est\u00e1n en esta primera convocatoria. No quiere decir nada, pueden aparecen tranquilamente en una segunda convocatoria. Las puertas est\u00e1n abiertas para todos. Las plazas en el CeNARD son limitadas. No obstante, capaz que en el pr\u00f3ximo encuentro haya jugadores que no est\u00e1n ac\u00e1\u00bb.<\/p>\n

En este \u00faltimo punto, el bahiense se mostr\u00f3 enf\u00e1tico:\u00a0\u00abel ciclo de trabajo reci\u00e9n comienza. Y no ser\u00e1n estos los \u00fanicos chicos observados\u00bb. Sobre el final, Marcelo tambi\u00e9n resalt\u00f3 la importancia de los campamentos de Desarrollo Individual y el Plan Altura:\u00a0\u00abSin dudas que contribuyen en la masificasi\u00f3n de la b\u00fasqueda y la comunicaci\u00f3n interna. Estamos muy comunicados en la b\u00fasqueda de captar jugadores seleccionables. Tenemos un buen equipo de trabajo. Con objetivos claros y comunicaci\u00f3n fluida, que es lo importante. Todos pensamos en ir para el mismo lado. Ojal\u00e1 las federaciones y asociaciones nos sigan acompa\u00f1ando. En definitiva este es un esfuerzo que demanda compromiso de todas las partes\u00bb.<\/p>\n
