{"id":56141,"date":"2016-01-25T01:48:14","date_gmt":"2016-01-25T04:48:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.gentedebasquet.com.ar\/?p=56141"},"modified":"2016-01-25T01:48:14","modified_gmt":"2016-01-25T04:48:14","slug":"queremos-contagiar-la-identidad-por-el-club","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gentedebasquet.com.ar\/sitio\/2016\/01\/25\/queremos-contagiar-la-identidad-por-el-club\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abQueremos contagiar identidad\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Luego de la conformaci\u00f3n del plantel de Segunda Divisi\u00f3n y de encontrarse con nuevo formato de armado del mismo, el t\u00e9cnico Miguel Loffredo dio su parecer sobre como impactar\u00e1 en La Falda tanto en el equipo superior como en las categor\u00edas formativas. Adem\u00e1s, el Colo coment\u00f3 los proyectos que tienen al haber formado un plantel competitivo y las metas que tiene la incansable dirigencia de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 objetivos tienen para este a\u00f1o?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>El primer objetivo es volver a poner a La Falda en los primeros planos. Consideramos, junto con la dirigencia, que todo lo bueno que se est\u00e1 haciendo en infraestructura y los trabajos en general va de la mano con los resultados de la Segunda Divisi\u00f3n, terminan reflej\u00e1ndose ah\u00ed. Creemos que el plantel superior es la vidriera, ya que es m\u00e1s atrayente para chicos, sponsors y sobre todo para la gente del barrio, que queremos que vuelva al club. Que el equipo est\u00e9 bien para que todos se vuelvan a identificar con el club. La conformaci\u00f3n de un equipo que pueda pelear arriba es parte de un objetivo, ya que con \u00e9l intentaremos contagiar una identidad por la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><em><b>\u00bfEl nuevo formato de competencia de tener siente mayores y el resto menores abrir\u00e1 las puertas para los chicos?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Es relativo que los chicos jueguen m\u00e1s o menos, depende de cada club y del material con el que cuente cada uno. Lo que genera este formato es que los chicos tengan una chanche de jugar algunos minutos m\u00e1s. Pero eso tambi\u00e9n depende de cada entrenador. Nosotros apostamos a un sub-21 para que sea el base del equipo, como lo es Juli\u00e1n Rodr\u00edguez. Hay quienes ven la diferencia en jugadores con o sin experiencia; en mi caso particular me fijo en si un jugador sabe jugar o no. Est\u00e1 claro que la experiencia har\u00e1 que se equivoque menos en la cancha; pero eso con el trabajo se puede corregir.<\/p>\n<p><em><b>La Falda viene trabajando duro en la formaci\u00f3n de los chicos; \u00bfC\u00f3mo crees que impactar\u00e1 el hecho de tener un plantel competitivo como vidriera?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La idea es justamente esa, que sea la vidriera de una instituci\u00f3n que se esfuerza mucho para crecer d\u00eda a d\u00eda. Esperemos poder ser protagonistas y que podamos crear identidad con el club. Que un chico que nos vea no dude entre quedarse o irse; sino que vea que se puede llegar a ese lugar de privilegio que es el plantel superior de cada club y se esfuerce para lograrlo. B\u00e1sicamente es que el jugador sienta que su futuro puede estar en el plantel Superior.\u00a0En el caso de La Falda; los veo muy bien a Minnucci y a Rom\u00e1n, as\u00ed que espero est\u00e9n a la altura y puedan sumar minutos importantes para contribuir con el equipo y su crecimiento personal.<\/p>\n<p><em><b>Si los chicos tuvieran que elegir venir a jugar a La Falda; \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 deber\u00edan elegirlo?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Uno que tuvo la suerte de trabajar en clubes importantes de Bah\u00eda; se ve que hay un club ordenado y que d\u00eda a d\u00eda lo proyecta en infraestructura. Actualmente se est\u00e1 trabajando en la instalaci\u00f3n de un gimnasio, que ser\u00e1 muy importante para el trabajo formativo.
