Sin dudas Bah\u00eda Basket vive su mejor presente deportivo desde sus inicios. En horas el equipo de la ciudad jugar\u00e1 la Semifinal de Liga Sudamericana, mientras que, en Liga Nacional, se ubica segundo en la tabla de posiciones, con un r\u00e9cord de 8 victorias y 3 derrotas.\u00a0Juan Ignacio S\u00e1nchez habl\u00f3 sobre el presente de la instituci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 reflexiones sobre los objetivos del equipo y de la organizaci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, se refiri\u00f3 a los est\u00edmulos que comienzan a llegarle a un jugador cuando las cosas marcha por buen camino: \u201cEl a\u00f1o pasado hicimos un gran trabajo en eso. El trabajo del cuerpo t\u00e9cnico fue brillante, perfecto. Este a\u00f1o requiere de una evoluci\u00f3n. Es mucho m\u00e1s complejo todav\u00eda porque aparecen est\u00edmulos externos que antes no estaban, y es m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil mantener el foco en lo que en verdad importa\u00bb.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo se explica este presente?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

-El presente en los resultados se explica en la continuidad del equipo del a\u00f1o pasado, de haber hecho una gran pretemporada y de mantener una l\u00ednea de juego desde hace 4 a\u00f1os. Ahora bien, los buenos resultados no significan que hemos jugado de forma consistente, sino m\u00e1s bien al rev\u00e9s.\u00a0Igual estar\u00eda preocupado si estar\u00edamos jugando en un nivel muy alto, porque es algo que es muy dif\u00edcil de mantener durante toda la temporada, lo ideal es ir de menor a mayor.<\/p>\n

\u00bfEl equipo tiene el S\u00faper 4 como objetivo?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

-No, no es un objetivo nuestro como organizaci\u00f3n. El equipo no est\u00e1 armado para buscar objetivos inmediatos. Ser\u00eda injusto pedirle eso a nuestros jugadores, porque eso es mucha presi\u00f3n y todav\u00eda no est\u00e1n listos para jugar bajo ese tipo de presi\u00f3n todo el tiempo, son demasiado j\u00f3venes.\u00a0Hay que ir llev\u00e1ndolos y prepar\u00e1ndolos durante la temporada para llegar al final frescos y que el examen lo den en los playoffs, pero con 60 partidos m\u00e1s encima.\u00a0El a\u00f1o pasado hicimos un gran trabajo en eso. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son esos est\u00edmulos externos de los que hablas?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

-Las cosas l\u00f3gicas que surgen cuando aparecen algunos resultados; el jugador pasa de dar una entrevista cada dos meses a dar dos por semana; se acerca gente de sus entornos a contarles como deber\u00edan seguir sus carreras, o como el entrenador deber\u00eda darle m\u00e1s protagonismo, o van a un bar y donde antes te miraba una chica, ahora te miran veinte, y as\u00ed miles de est\u00edmulos diarios que aparecen.\u00a0Muchas veces el entorno del jugador empieza a \u00abhacer planes\u00bb para el jugador en base a su conveniencia, y eso es un gran problema para el jugador, porque atenta con la continuidad de su aprendizaje sino sabe manejarlo. Y a esa edad nadie sabe manejarlo.\u00a0La oferta de est\u00edmulos se agranda, y eso confunde, porque por lo general los que llegan son est\u00edmulos negativos, porque son amigos del \u00e9xito. Por eso, es mucho m\u00e1s complejo que cuando sos una sorpresa.
\nY ojo, que eso nos afecta a todos, no solo al jugador. La diferencia es que los que tenemos m\u00e1s edad y por ende m\u00e1s experiencia, tenemos m\u00e1s herramientas para discernir lo bueno de lo malo de todo eso.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1les ser\u00edan entonces esos objetivos de organizaci\u00f3n?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

-Competir siempre e intentar jugar mejor cada d\u00eda.\u00a0Y este a\u00f1o sumarle lucidez a la hora de tomar decisiones dentro un juego de mucha intensidad. Parece f\u00e1cil decirlo, pero es muy complejo. Esto empieza por seguir teniendo como objetivo el progreso individual de cada uno de nuestros jugadores. Despu\u00e9s, poder trasladarlo al juego de equipo, y ser mucho mejores en abril o mayo de lo que somos hoy. Si hacemos eso cumplimos el objetivo de Bah\u00eda Basket.\u00a0Reci\u00e9n ah\u00ed pensar en objetivos puntuales, ser ambiciosos a la hora de so\u00f1ar.\u00a0Cuando llegue abril veremos si realmente estamos para competir con los equipos fuertes.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 te gustar\u00eda ver esta temporada de Bah\u00eda Basket?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

-Que seamos fieles a lo que somos, a nuestra filosof\u00eda, a nuestra promesa como organizaci\u00f3n. Eso nos trajo hasta ac\u00e1, y no al rev\u00e9s.\u00a0Tenemos que seguir tomando riesgos, evolucionar, ir contra la l\u00f3gica. Tenemos que ser cambio permanente. Si nos volvemos conservadores creo que fracasamos, porque no tenemos ni el personal ni las herramientas para poder serlo. Entonces, tenemos que arriesgar, siempre.\u00a0Estabilidad laboral y evoluci\u00f3n permanente. Y cuanto mejor nos vaya m\u00e1s intentar cambiar.<\/p>\n
