Por el segundo punto de las finales en U17, Olimpo venci\u00f3 a Pac\u00edfico por 89 a 75 y cort\u00f3 las redes en el William Harding Green. El ganador fue contundente y domin\u00f3 los 40 minutos en base al juego de sus tres pilares fundamentales: Fausto Ruesga (32 con 14\/19 T2), Valent\u00edn Bettiga (17 y 19 rebotes) y Franco Pallotti (19 y 5 asistencias). Lo m\u00e1s cerca que estuvo el verde fue a falta de 8m10s del 3C (46-53) gracias al buen juego de Juan Cruz Marini (19) y Branco Salvatori (13, 5 robos y 5 pases gol). Es el octavo t\u00edtulo del aurinegro en la categor\u00eda.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Olimpo englob\u00f3 un a\u00f1o magnifico en U17 al finalizar con 23PG y 6PP. El aurinegro no tuvo contra en los juegos eliminatorios y logr\u00f3 sobrepasar todas las series sin ceder en ning\u00fan juego (4tos de Final: 2-0 vs Napost\u00e1; Semifinales: 2-0 vs Liniers y Final: 2-0 vs Pac\u00edfico). Fue as\u00ed, que se convirti\u00f3 en un indiscutible campe\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u00bfC\u00f3mo fue el desarrollo del partido? Al contrario de lo que fue el comienzo del primer partido<\/a>, esta vez fue Olimpo el que comenz\u00f3 certero con el tiro a distancia. Es que con tres triples de Pallotti y uno de Astradas, abri\u00f3 con un 12-0 para tomar r\u00e1pidas distancias y marcar el ritmo del juego.<\/p>\n

M\u00e1s a\u00fan, ante un Pac\u00edfico que tuvo un equ\u00edvoco e ineficaz 1C (totaliz\u00f3 4\/21 TC), el aurinegro a\u00f1adi\u00f3 un juego certero de Ruesga adelante (10p con 5\/5 T2) y un prolijo trabajo de Bettiga atr\u00e1s (6 rebotes defensivos y 1 tap\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n reparti\u00f3 3 asistencias) para estirar la diferencia y terminar cerrando 26-12.<\/p>\n

El dominio aurinegro continu\u00f3 en el 2C. Adem\u00e1s de regalar algunas jugadas exquisitas (alley-oop de antolog\u00eda de Ruesga a Bettiga), el elenco dirigido por L\u00f3pez continu\u00f3 dominando las acciones para, progresivamente, ir aumentando la diferencia en el lum\u00ednico. As\u00ed, con el buen juego del tridente Bettiga (9p)-Ruesga (7p)-Pallotti (7p) y aprovechando una falta t\u00e9cnica a Richotti por protestar los fallos arbitrales, Olimpo paso a dominar 49-30 a falta de 2m36s.<\/p>\n

S\u00ed bien es cierto que se notaba una mejora en el juego de Pac\u00edfico, esta se hizo m\u00e1s evidente en ese lapso final de tiempo ya que con un parcial 10-0 bajo la diferencia a 9 (40-49). Sin embargo, con un 2\/2 en libres de Pallotti Olimpo se fue arriba +11 (40-51) al entretiempo.<\/p>\n

A la vuelta de los vestuarios Pac\u00edfico dio su \u00faltimo indicio de reacci\u00f3n. Es que con Marini a la cabeza (9p), el verde sell\u00f3 una mini racha 6-2 que lo deposit\u00f3 7 abajo (46-53) con 8m10s por jugar del 3C. No obstante, despu\u00e9s de pasar ese peque\u00f1o \u201csusto\u201d Olimpo volvi\u00f3 a pisar el acelerador. Regresando a la bases con el juego multifuncional de Bettiga (5p, 4 rebs, 2 asists y 1 tapa) en conjunto con los acompa\u00f1amientos de Ruesga (9p) en el poste bajo y Pallotti en el reparto del juego (3 asistencias) logr\u00f3 volver a tomar distancias de doble d\u00edgito y cerrar con +18 de cara al epilogo (54-72).<\/p>\n

En el complemento, Olimpo se dedic\u00f3 a mantener el doble d\u00edgito de diferencia. As\u00ed, gracias a un doble y falta de Specogna (marc\u00f3 5 de sus 7 puntos en el 4C) lleg\u00f3 a alcanzar la m\u00e1xima (57-81) a falta de 6m45s. Despu\u00e9s de eso comenz\u00f3 a hacer que se consuman minutos en el reloj; para finalmente desatar la locura y los festejos entonando el tan sagrado y anhelado\u2026 \u00a1Dale campe\u00f3n!<\/p>\n

Para el aurinegro fue el octavo t\u00edtulo en la categor\u00eda despu\u00e9s de los que hab\u00eda obtenido en 1930 (vs Pac\u00edfico), 1931 (vs el extinto Juventud Unida), 1932 (nuevamente vs el verde), 1961 (vs Barracas Central), 1992 (vs Estudiantes), 1993 (tambi\u00e9n vs el \u201calbo\u201d) y 2014 (vs Bahiense del Norte).<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, los U17 de Olimpo se agregaron a la lista de campeones de categor\u00edas formativas de este 2016; lugar donde ya se encontraban los U19 y los U15 B del aurinegro y los U17 B de Estudiantes. As\u00ed mismo, todav\u00eda restan definirse las finales de U13 (Leandro N. Alem vs Villa Mitre), U15 (Bahiense del Norte vs Leandro N. Alem) y U21 (9 De Julio vs Estrella).<\/p>\n
