El 3\u00baC pr\u00e1cticamente perfecto que llev\u00f3 a cabo Whitense, frente a Argentino, al obtenerlo por 32-16, le dio 10 tantos de renta para encarar el \u00faltimo lapso (72-62). Nada hac\u00eda presagiar semejante giro en el rendimiento de uno y otro conjunto. Lo cierto es que el celeste se adjudic\u00f3 los \u00faltimos diez minutos por \u00a123-4! y consum\u00f3 su segundo triunfo en igual cantidad de presentaciones: 85 a 76. Los aviones azules parecieron est\u00e1ticos en el segmento definitorio y pagaron caro su 46% en simples (16-35) y 15 p\u00e9rdidas (8 en ese 4\u00baC).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Es cierto cuando se predica ese viejo axioma que dice: \u00ablos partidos duran 40 minutos y reci\u00e9n ah\u00ed se puede dar por terminado\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Anoche, en Ingeniero White,\u00a0el encuentro amaneci\u00f3 equilibrado hasta las postrimer\u00edas del 1\u00baC. All\u00ed, Bruno Mandrini da\u00f1\u00f3 en la pintura y Capocha Susbielles a\u00f1adi\u00f3 dos bandejas consecutivas, para que Argentino se despegara 14-21. Pese a los arrestos de los albiazules\u00a0Fernando Alfonso (5) y Juani De Pastena (5), el hu\u00e9sped se apropi\u00f3 ese lapso con algo m\u00e1s de luz (18-25).<\/p>\n

Y en la prosecuci\u00f3n de la acci\u00f3n nada vari\u00f3: hubo bomba de Bruno Aceituno para escapar a 24-33\u00a0y doble del ingresado Tom\u00e1s Bruni para mantener una diferencia similar (36-43), con 2m09s para el descanso m\u00e1s extenso. No obstante, mediante el empuje de \u00a0Fede Congos, Pablo Pollio y Alen R\u00edos, el due\u00f1o de casa recort\u00f3 a 40-43 con 1m25s por jugar.<\/p>\n

Aunque Argentino se retir\u00f3 al entretiempo comandando por 40-46, ninguno se hab\u00eda convertido en\u00a0un dominador absoluto.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e1bamos muy mal en defensa\u00a0<\/span>y nos planteamos ir a una zona, pero segu\u00edamos sin defender. Y el tema de los rebotes ofensivos de ellos tambi\u00e9n nos complicaron mucho. Hasta que le encontramos la vuelta y nos pusimos un poco m\u00e1s duros en los bloqueos. Es una muestra de que todos los partidos ser\u00e1n dif\u00edciles. Hay que plantear partido a partido porque van a ser todos as\u00ed de cerrados (Bruno Aceituno)<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

En el desarrollo\u00a0del tercer segmento se observ\u00f3 lo mejor de Whitense en a\u00f1os, con mucho protagonismo ofensivo de Alfonso y Chaves\u00a0e importantes participaciones de De Pastena.<\/p>\n

Esa producci\u00f3n le permiti\u00f3\u00a0doblar en unidades a Argentino (32-16) y saltar al campo para disputar los diez minutos finales con una decena de tantos en su favor (72-62).<\/p>\n

Asombrosa, tanto la performance local como la pasividad visitante.<\/p>\n

Sin embargo, Argentino se despabil\u00f3 y Whitense se durmi\u00f3…<\/p>\n

En un minuto el celeste descont\u00f3 cuatro puntos (66-72), en 2m20s se puso a cuatro (68-72), en 3m33s acech\u00f3 a un doble (70-72) y restando 4m02s para la finalizaci\u00f3n, revirti\u00f3 la historia con doble de Mandrini para volver a liderar tras un parcial de 13-2: 74-75.<\/p>\n

Atr\u00e1s, cada tanto tir\u00f3 una zona y hasta caj\u00f3n a Alfonso.<\/p>\n

Mientras Whitense careci\u00f3 tanto de eficacia como de ideas, Argentino aprovech\u00f3 para que Sebasti\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez pudiera sacarse la mufa con un triple (74-79) a 2m58s, para que Antonelli continuara desafiando a sus defensores y para que Seba Susbielles manejara los tiempos del cotejo.<\/p>\n

El juego estaba cerrado.<\/p>\n

Los aviones azules carretearon en el cuarto final, encestando apenas dos dobles (Alfonso y Pollio) y cediendo 8 balones.<\/p>\n

En cambio, el celeste fue m\u00e1s fuerte e inteligente para no dejarlo pasar, concretar su segunda victoria y ser\u00a0uno de los dos invictos\u00a0de la competici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

No hace m\u00e1s que confirmar su mote de candidato.<\/p>\n
