El Nacional lleg\u00f3 descansado a las semifinales tras barrer a Argentino, se puso 2-0 con Liniers y contaba con tres oportunidades para ser finalista. Pero fue desperdiciando una a una, el \u201cChivo\u201d logr\u00f3 bajarle notablemente el goleo y aprovech\u00f3 el envi\u00f3n an\u00edmico para ganar el quinto juego en el asfixiante estadio Hermanos Ciccioli, por 69 a 67.<\/p>\n

Tras el 0-4 inicial, Liniers encontr\u00f3 en Mariano Pizzo el arma justa para anotar. El alero sum\u00f3 10 puntos en el primer cuarto para guiar a su equipo y lograr una m\u00e1xima de 9 unidades (9-18). Luego, un parcial de 7-2 para El Nacional, con triple de Hoffmann (el primero de los tres anotados en misma cantidad de intentos), equilibr\u00f3 las acciones.<\/p>\n

El local sigui\u00f3 forzando penetraciones y de esa manera sum\u00f3 muchos puntos con tiros libres (10 de los 18 del segundo cuarto). Pennacchiotti, Vago y Mor\u00e1n hicieron que el \u201cCeleste\u201d pase al frente a 3\u201933\u2019\u2019 del entretiempo (31-30). Pero la \u00fanica bomba de Pizzo en el juego cerr\u00f3 la primera mitad con m\u00ednima ventaja del visitante.<\/p>\n

Con Sikes afuera, cargado de faltas y con dolores en la cintura, fueron importantes los ingresos de Bellozas y Ramos \u2013triple incluido-, para que Liniers se mantenga al frente. Los de Juan Andr\u00e9s Garc\u00eda tuvieron su peor momento en el cierre del tercer cuarto, sin encontrar respuestas en Heinrich (0\/8 en cancha hasta all\u00ed) ni en Vago. S\u00f3lo Mor\u00e1n y los tiros desde 6.75 metros de Hoffmann lo manten\u00edan en juego.<\/p>\n

Con el tercer triple del alero y los primeros puntos de cancha de Heinrich y Emilio Gim\u00e9nez, el local logr\u00f3 pasar al frente (59-58, con 6\u201943\u2019\u2019 por jugar). All\u00ed, fueron doble a doble hasta que Franco Marinsalta encest\u00f3 tras un tiro fallido de Vago (64-68 con 1\u201903\u2019\u2019). Hoffmann y Heinrich en la l\u00ednea (1\/2), acercaron al local (67-68, con 14\u2019\u2019). Pizzo anot\u00f3 1\/2 (67-69) y Mor\u00e1n atac\u00f3 con 8\u2019\u2019, se suspendi\u00f3 en el aire ante la marca de Marinsalta y fall\u00f3 su tiro.<\/p>\n
