Los FISU America Games quedar\u00e1n en el recuerdo de Bah\u00eda Blanca porque el b\u00e1squetbol masculino redonde\u00f3 una gran tarea y se adjudic\u00f3 la medalla de plata.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La Selecci\u00f3n cont\u00f3 con la presencia de tres jugadores bahienses: Rodrigo Gerhardt (Bah\u00eda Basket), Santiago Quiroga (Estrella) y Facundo Arens (Kutztown, EE.UU), y cedi\u00f3 la final ante los Estados Unidos por 78 a 69.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Los I Juegos Panamericanos Universitarios se desarrollaron en\u00a0San Pablo, Brasil, y la delegaci\u00f3n nacional culmin\u00f3 en la cuarta colocaci\u00f3n del medallero general, logrando 12 de oro (incluida la de la bahiense Yohana Arias Dominella en jabalina), 24 de plata y 29 de bronce.<\/strong><\/p>\n
