Se viene la segunda edici\u00f3n del New Stars Challenge, que promueve el duelo entre las principales promesas U20 de Brasil y Argentina. <\/strong><\/p>\n

El partido est\u00e1 programado para el 20 de marzo, en el gimnasio Ibirapuera de San Pablo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al igual que el a\u00f1o pasado, cuando fue Federico El\u00edas, participar\u00e1n integrantes de Bah\u00eda Basket.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pepe S\u00e1nchez ser\u00e1 embajador, Mart\u00edn Luis el DT de la Selecci\u00f3n y jugar\u00e1n Facundo Tolosa y Ezequiel Paz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

El Juego de las Estrellas 2020 tendr\u00e1 lugar los d\u00edas 20 y 21 de marzo, en el gimnasio Ibirapuera, en Sao Paulo. El primer d\u00eda, se llevar\u00e1n a cabo torneos individuales (habilidades, triples y volcadas) y el Desaf\u00edo Nuevas Estrellas entre Brasil y Argentina (U20). Mientras tanto, en el segundo d\u00eda, ser\u00e1 el turno de la tradicional confrontaci\u00f3n entre NBB Brasil y NBB Mundo, con participaci\u00f3n de Lucas Faggiano y Fabi\u00e1n Sahdi (est\u00e1 lesionado y habr\u00e1 que ver si llega recuperado).<\/p>\n

La gran novedad del evento ser\u00e1 la presencia de un embajador para cada equipo. Del lado brasile\u00f1o, ser\u00e1 Leandrinho Barbosa (Minas Tennis Club), campe\u00f3n de la NBA y titular de NBB Brasil en el Juego de las Estrellas. Del lado argentino, esta figura estar\u00e1 ocupada por el legendario Juan Ignacio Pepe S\u00e1nchez, campe\u00f3n ol\u00edmpico y ex atleta de la NBA.<\/p>\n

Campe\u00f3n en 2015 y votado como el Mejor Sexto Hombre en la NBA en 2007, Leandrinho tambi\u00e9n es el anotador en la edici\u00f3n actual de NBB CAIXA, promediando 20.7 puntos por juego. Tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 en el Juego de las Estrellas 2020 jugando para NBB Brasil en el duelo contra NBB Mundo.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, Juan Ignacio S\u00e1nchez, fue medallista de oro en los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Atenas en 2004 por la selecci\u00f3n argentina. En su carrera, el ex propietario tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 para los Philadelphia 76ers, Atlanta Hawks y Detroit Pistons en la NBA. En Europa, defendi\u00f3 clubes como Panathinaikos (GRE), Barcelona (ESP) y Real Madrid (ESP).<\/p>\n

Diez de los 12 jugadores convocados para defender a Brasil en el desaf\u00edo participaron en la Liga de Desarrollo de Baloncesto (LDB) de 2019. El JMV del torneo del a\u00f1o pasado, Jonas Buffat, de Pinheiros, ser\u00e1 uno de los principales jugadores brasile\u00f1os en el desaf\u00edo.<\/p>\n

Los jugadores sub-20 que defender\u00e1n a Brasil ser\u00e1n: Gabriel Campos (EC Pinheiros), Matheusinho (Flamengo), Adyel (Sesi Franca), Jonas Buffat (EC Pinheiros), Gui Carvalho (Minas Tennis Club), Pedro Nunes (Flamengo), M\u00e1rcio (Sesi Franca), Edu Sanchez (Paulistano \/ Corpore), M\u00e3ozinha (Pinheiros), Nathan Mariano (Sesi Franca), Ruan (Flamengo) y S\u00e9rgio Concei\u00e7\u00e3o (S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9).<\/p>\n
